As a member of the Google Cloud team, you will inspire leading companies, schools, and government agencies to leverage Google tools such as Google Workspace, Search, and Chrome to work smarter. You will advocate for the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile. Your focus will be on delivering the best solutions for customer innovation, meeting them where they are and guiding them towards transformation with Google products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales.
- Experience in sales development and relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in exceeding sales goals in the technology industry with cloud computing solutions.
- Experience in sourcing leads and generating sales pipeline.
- Experience in account management.
- Understanding of technology, cloud computing solutions, and digital transformation from a business perspective.
- Ability to build relationships with prospects and assess their needs.
Responsibilities
- Generate demand with prospective and existing customers via Google Meet (video conferencing) and phone calls to identify, qualify, and nurture opportunities.
- Learn and implement solution-promoting strategies by mapping Google Cloud solutions against customer’s business imperatives, particularly in digital transformation.
- Maintain business opportunities with timely and accurate updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Conduct research to provide account intelligence, identify stakeholders, build relationships, and identify workloads in discussions with IT decision-makers and practitioners.
- Collaborate with field promoters to drive customer attendance at marketing events, training sessions, and other activities aimed at raising awareness and educating on Google’s solutions.
