Job Description

As an Enterprise Architect Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies that drive business value and optimize technology investments. Your expertise will guide clients in navigating complexity and enhancing their IT environments to better support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, defining enterprise architectures that align with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate the client’s technology portfolio to identify opportunities for modernization and integration.
  • Create architecture blueprints and roadmaps for complex technology environments.
  • Lead large-scale technology transformations to enhance enterprise architecture and drive business value.
  • Assess the impact of business strategies on the architecture landscape, including organizational, informational, and infrastructural elements.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, driving deliverables and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Promote thought leadership by developing innovative insights and recommendations on enterprise architecture trends and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with senior clients, including developing C-suite relationships, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Engage with strategic partners and leverage Accenture’s global network to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in creating roadmaps and developing business cases.
  • At least 2 years of consulting experience at a recognized firm, with a focus on technology and architecture.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, facilitating client workshops, and developing architecture recommendations.

  • Infrastructure and Cloud Architecture
  • Integration and Security Architecture

Bonus Points

  • An MBA or a graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with industry certifications in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain, and Robotics.
