Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, delivery, and modernization of the primary Case Management Platform.
  • Define and execute strategic roadmaps to enhance user experience, agility, and platform availability.
  • Collaborate closely with technology peers and teams to innovate, transform technology, and support business growth.
  • Architect systems integration solutions with expertise across multiple technologies.
  • Manage Agile teams in a release train, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Contribute externally to technology advancements (e.g., patents, open-source contributions).
  • Provide leadership in technical decision-making and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Manage large-scale applications for performance, capacity planning, and threat mitigation.
  • Drive HR processes including employee engagement, performance reviews, and talent development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 12+ years of technology engineering and management experience in a complex environment.
  • Proven track record in Agile product engineering and deployment.
  • Expertise in Java, Relational Databases, Microservices, APIs, JSON, XML, REST, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Pega, React JS, and data science/machine learning is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and foster cross-functional teamwork globally.
  • Experience in creating engineering best practices and implementing new technologies into existing stacks.
