S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a dynamic Software Developer to join our team in India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a self-managed team, maintain and enhance key processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions for both current and future applications. As part of our Software Development team, you'll work to improve data flow and functionality across teams, leveraging the latest technologies in the full stack ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks within an Agile software development environment.
- Develop and support solutions that address key business needs.
- Engineer components and services based on standard development models, languages, and tools.
- Produce system design documents and participate in technical walkthroughs.
- Demonstrate ownership and responsibility across the release cycle, including requirements gathering, design, architecture, implementation, unit testing, builds/deployments, and code management.
- Maintain and optimize the environment for speed, accuracy, consistency, and uptime.
- Collaborate with global team members.
- Interface with users, business analysts, QA testers, and other teams as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 3-6 years of experience.
- Proficient in debugging, refactoring, and enhancing code, with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Competency in C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
- Experience with T-SQL and MS SQL Server, including stored procedures and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with frameworks and libraries such as Durandal and Knockout, ReactJS, or AngularJS.
- Experience with DevOps practices and modern CI/CD deployment models using Jenkins.
- Experience supporting production environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with automated unit testing.
- Experience with AWS Cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of test tools like Postman and Fiddler for creating unit test cases, performance testing, and load testing.
