As a .NET Developer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality code, debugging existing modules, and guiding less experienced developers. Your expertise will be crucial in following and enforcing coding guidelines and technical processes. You will also develop and validate estimates for technical work and participate in the analysis of requirements for new application and system features.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and deliver code for features and modules.
• Debug existing code and modules.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced developers, including FTEs, contractors, and offshore partner resources.
• Follow coding guidelines and technical processes, ensuring adherence by less experienced developers.
• Develop and validate estimates for technical work.
• Assign and allocate defects to less experienced developers as needed.
• Participate in the analysis of requirements for designing new application and system features.

Who You Are

• Educational Background. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Technical Skills

• Solid knowledge of a mainstream Object-Oriented language (C#).
• Solid knowledge of SOA, XML Web Services, SOAP, REST.
• Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented code design.
• Solid knowledge of MVC, WPF, and XAML is preferred.
• Experience in hardware SDK integrations.
• Demonstrated understanding of networking concepts.
• Ability to apply application design concepts and design patterns.
• Advanced knowledge of version control/source code management (Git preferred).
• Ability to coordinate multiple technical streams of work to produce a complete solution.
• Ability to estimate and lead the estimation process for small initiatives.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
