Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Data Analytics to join our Acquisition Experiences Analytics team within the Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) group. This role focuses on optimizing our acquisition experiences through data-driven insights and experimentation, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business value.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Analytics Delivery. Lead high-impact analytics projects aimed at optimizing acquisition experiences across international markets, including Shop, Member Get Member, and Application Experience.
  2. KPI Development. Define and establish key performance indicators to monitor digital health and success metrics.
  3. Product Development Support. Collaborate in the development of new products and capabilities, providing actionable insights from analytics.
  4. Insight Generation. Conduct readouts of new launches to uncover insights that inform further optimizations of customer experiences.
  5. Data Analysis. Perform in-depth strategic analyses by mining digital activity data and closed-loop data to support decision-making.
  6. Team Leadership. Lead and develop a high-performing digital analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Educational Background. Postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Finance.
  2. Experience. A minimum of 7 years of relevant analytics experience, with a strong background in quantitative business analysis and statistical modeling techniques; digital analytics experience is preferred.
  3. Leadership Skills. Proven track record of leading in-house digital analytics teams and successful data integration with partners.
  4. Problem-Solving Abilities. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic and analytical orientation.
  5. Collaboration Skills. Excellent teamwork and thought leadership, with experience in global partnerships.
  6. Financial Acumen. Strong numerical skills for forecasting and business analysis.
