Job Description

As a Digital Product Analyst at Gartner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting key products and technology initiatives. Based in Gurgaon, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive and execute initiatives that enhance service delivery and client retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate product priorities into actionable insights by understanding user journeys, behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery processes from use case identification and user story creation to acceptance, validation, and go-live.
  • Collaborate with internal business teams to gather and prioritize analytic requirements, and communicate data models for IT enhancements.
  • Effectively communicate complex product issues to diverse audiences and leadership levels.
  • Develop a deep understanding of various data structures, sources, and tools to guide the development of service analytics and reporting systems, including data visualization and business intelligence.
  • Analyze systematic data to identify opportunities for improving service productivity and efficiency, benchmarking historical trends.
  • Provide service teams with access to relevant data, reports, and dashboards to optimize territory management and enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Drive continuous improvement in analysis and reporting processes through automation and migration to self-serve platforms.
  • Enhance data analysis capabilities to interpret large datasets and present findings in visually compelling ways to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or advanced degree preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in business intelligence, building data sets, reports, and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with BI landscape and emerging tools supporting descriptive to perspective analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL; knowledge of Salesforce reporting/Tableau CRM and AAS is a plus.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, respond to change, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to influence decisions and gain consensus.
  • Strong time and project management skills, prioritizing projects to maximize business impact.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a highly dynamic, cross-functional environment.
