Job Description

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Paid Media team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic Display, and a track record of deploying multi-channel strategies to drive measurable business growth. This role will focus on executing and optimizing paid campaigns to support our Conferences Marketing business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Operations. Manage and execute paid campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy development, CPC and bid management, and audience segmentation.
  2. Strategy and Planning. Collaborate with Paid Media Strategy and Conferences Marketing partners to plan and set up campaigns. Deliver campaign plans and presentations to stakeholders.
  3. Performance Optimization. Monitor and adjust advertising budgets, improve ROI and conversion performance, and recommend new strategies.
  4. Channel Management. Plan and execute initiatives across channels such as LinkedIn, Google Search, GDN, YouTube, Meta, Bing, and Microsoft Audience Network.
  5. Data Analysis. Work with the Marketing Analytics team to track performance, analyze data, and derive insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  6. Keyword Portfolio Management. Grow and optimize keywords through testing (A/B and Multivariate), ad copy, and bidding strategies.
  7. Industry Knowledge. Stay current with best practices, strategies, and new developments in paid media.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, a master’s or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, with hands-on expertise in paid search, social media, and content syndication.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified traffic and managing campaigns from acquisition to conversion.
  • Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing and Paid Social tactics and guidelines.
  • Experience with CPC advertising networks such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Knowledge of advanced techniques like search-based retargeting and ad extensions.
  • Familiarity with Data Management Platforms and experience with landing page creation/CRO is a plus.
