Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect complex, scalable, and robust solutions for large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Lead and mentor teams in implementing innovative architectures, ensuring seamless migration from monolithic systems to modern, microservices-based applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions that align with enterprise goals.
• Design end-to-end solutions in Azure Cloud, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and RabbitMQ for containerization, orchestration, and messaging solutions.
• Oversee the integration of various messaging systems like Kafka and Service Bus to support real-time data processing.
• Provide hands-on guidance in the development and deployment of applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#, ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
• Create and enforce coding standards and unit test strategies to ensure the reliability and maintainability of applications.
• Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure seamless integration with frontend technologies.
• Contribute to architecture reviews and the overall evolution of the technology stack, ensuring it supports long-term business needs.
• Provide architectural leadership in digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions on time.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience as a Digital Architect, particularly in designing and implementing solutions for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience working in a cloud environment, with a strong preference for Azure.
• Experience in designing and migrating from monolithic applications to microservices-based architectures.
• In-depth understanding of .NET Core, SQL Server, and ASP.NET for backend development.
• Solid experience in Kubernetes, Docker, RabbitMQ, and other containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of C#.NET, Design Patterns, and enterprise-level software architecture.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and other CI/CD tools for seamless development workflows.
• Proficient in messaging systems such as Kafka, Service Bus, and other enterprise messaging platforms.
• Knowledge of UI languages and frameworks and the ability to collaborate with frontend teams to create a cohesive user experience.
• Experience working in the insurance industry or other highly regulated sectors is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach to solution delivery.
