We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Linux, CI/CD processes, and various DevOps toolings. The ideal candidate should be proficient in implementing and managing GitOps principles, pipeline automation, and security practices. This role demands hands-on expertise in Groovy scripting, HelmCharts, and ArgoCD, along with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize DevOps workflows effectively.

Key Responsibilities
CI/CD Pipeline Management
- Design, develop, and manage CI/CD pipelines using best practices.
- Implement Pipeline-as-Code and ensure seamless automation.
- Work extensively with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and SonarQube for efficient build and deployment processes.
DevOps Tooling & Automation
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.
- Implement and maintain Nexus & Nexus IQ for artifact management and security scanning.
- Experience in image signing and scanning using tools like Checkmarx for security compliance.
Scripting & Logging
- Strong expertise in Groovy scripting for automation and customization.
- Set up and manage logging and monitoring stacks using ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Splunk for better observability.
Infrastructure & Deployment
- Implement GitOps workflows for managing Kubernetes resources efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with HelmCharts and ArgoCD for Kubernetes deployment automation.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure infrastructure security best practices across pipelines.
- Perform code and infrastructure vulnerability scanning using industry-standard tools.
Stakeholder & Resource Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps practices with business goals.
- Involve in capacity planning, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination for smooth project execution.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong real-time experience in DevOps tools and practices.
- Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Nexus.
- Hands-on experience in Groovy scripting and logging tools like ELK/Splunk.
- In-depth knowledge of GitOps principles and their implementation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for resolving DevOps challenges.
- Experience in resource planning, vendor management, and business relationship building.
