As a DevOps Engineer at Amdocs, you will contribute to automating infrastructure and deployment systems, improving processes to enhance efficiency for engineering and operations teams. You will collaborate with various teams to drive automation in configuration management, build, release, deployment, and monitoring processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Automation. Support and enhance automation across infrastructure and deployment systems to optimize engineering and operational processes.
- Collaboration. Work with Product/Account Development teams to drive automation and provide guidance on developed tools.
- Integration. Collaborate with IT and Development to ensure seamless integration and continuity of code across environments.
- Support. Provide professional support for developed automations, respond to incidents, and ensure system availability to meet SLAs.
- Innovation. Contribute to innovation through automation and adopt new technologies to improve deployment processes.
Requirements
- Primary Skills. Experience with WebLogic and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD Experience. Knowledge of configuration management and automation tools, continuous integration tools (Jenkins, BitBucket, Nexus), and continuous deployment on cloud platforms (OpenShift, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Configuration Management. Experience with tools like CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack, Terragrunt, and Terraform.
- Scripting. 2-3 years of experience with scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Bash.
- Cloud Experience. Hands-on experience with build, release, deployment, and monitoring of cloud-based scalable distributed systems.
- Linux. Proficiency in RedHat or other Linux distributions.
- Agile. Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Troubleshooting. 1-2 years of experience with lifecycle management tools (BitBucket, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory, etc.).
- Infrastructure Knowledge. Experience with cluster/hybrid environments, including TLS, load balancing, and high availability setups.
