Join our dynamic enterprise DBOps team at Logitech as a Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and maintain enterprise applications that drive our business success. This position is crucial in ensuring the performance, availability, and reliability of our systems.
In This Role, You Will
- System Administration. Serve as the primary system administrator for Oracle E-Business Suite and enterprise BI/reporting tools.
- User Support. Assist business and IT users with system access, availability, and performance issues.
- Daily Operations. Execute day-to-day configuration changes, troubleshoot issues, and provide 24/7 support for our platforms.
- Application Management. Perform Oracle E-Business Suite application patching, cloning, upgrades, and other management activities.
- BI Tools Administration. Administer and support enterprise BI tools, including OBIEE, Hyperion, Tableau, and Pentaho.
- Optimization Guidance. Provide technical guidance for systems and process optimization opportunities.
Key Qualifications
- Experience. 3-7 years of hands-on experience managing Oracle Apps (R12.2) in production and development environments.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Oracle WebLogic Server, database, and RAC administration.
- Experience managing ETL tools like Pentaho.
- Familiarity with MSSQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Tableau, OBIEE, and Snowflake database administration.
- Strong experience in automation practices.
- Self-Starter. Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Flexibility. Willingness to work flexible hours in a 24/7 shift environment to collaborate with global IT and business teams.
Preferred Skills and Behaviors
- Experience with AWS and OCI technologies and services.
Education
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
