Job Description

As a Data Transformation Lead at Google, you will be instrumental in helping clients harness the power of data to drive their advertising strategies and business growth. Your expertise will guide some of the world’s largest companies through the complexities of digital transformation, enabling them to maximize the value derived from their data assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative data solutions that meet evolving market demands.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Education. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Marketing) or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Experience. A minimum of 5 years in roles involving media analytics, advertising sales, digital media, marketing, or consulting; or 3 years in a similar role with an advanced degree (e.g., MBA).
  3. Data Infrastructure Expertise. Experience in developing and leveraging data infrastructures that enhance AdTech and MarTech capabilities, driving measurable business outcomes.
  4. Stakeholder Management. Proven ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical staff, as well as executive stakeholders.
  5. Familiarity with Google Products. Hands-on experience with Google’s suite of advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics) or comparable platforms from other providers.
  6. Big Data Proficiency. Knowledge of big data environments, including demand-side platforms (DSPs), customer data platforms (CDPs), and data management platforms (DMPs).
  7. Analytical Communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear and actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Design. Develop and implement a robust digital measurement infrastructure strategy tailored to client needs, aligning with industry trends and best practices.
  2. Relationship Management. Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with marketing, data science, and technology teams within client organizations to ensure effective collaboration and data utilization.
  3. Value Identification. Analyze client data and business processes to uncover opportunities for data transformation that can enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with sales, product, and technical specialists to synthesize business requirements into comprehensive and actionable plans, ensuring alignment across all teams.
  5. Client Engagement. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand how Google’s solutions can meet their specific business challenges and objectives.
  6. Performance Monitoring. Develop metrics and dashboards to track the success of data initiatives and product adoption, using insights to refine strategies and improve client outcomes.
