S&P Global Mobility is looking for a detail-oriented Data Transformation Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is key in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data within our systems, addressing discrepancies, and enhancing data quality across our platforms. As part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to ongoing improvements, ensuring data is reliable for decision-making processes.
Responsibilities and Impact
- Ensure Data Accuracy. Maintain the integrity of customer data across S&P Global Mobility’s systems.
- Identify and Resolve Discrepancies. Detect data inconsistencies, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to enhance data accuracy.
- Research and Improve Data Quality. Work on augmenting and improving data accuracy for key customer information such as name, address, phone number, and more.
- Data Entry. Manually input data to complement and complete customer records.
- Cross-functional Communication. Clearly articulate data quality issues to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Understand Data Change Processes. Gain insights into data-changing processes and develop rules that ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Customer Matching. Contribute to and understand the customer matching process to ensure accurate data representation.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree. A foundation in relevant studies.
- 0-2 Years of Experience. Experience in data quality or entry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Comfortable with Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools.
- Excellent Communication Skills. Both written and verbal.
- Flexible Shift Availability. Willingness to work in US and UK time zones in rotational shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Knowledge. Understanding of Salesforce is a plus.
- Automotive Industry Knowledge. Familiarity with the automotive industry is an advantage.
