As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, validating, and operationalizing data-driven analytics that drive business insights, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance customer value. You will contribute to strategic and operational initiatives by providing advanced data modeling and analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ad Hoc Modeling & Analysis. Provide real-time insights and analytical support to inform key business decisions.
2. End-to-End Analytics Process. Handle all aspects of the analytics workflow, including data wrangling, feature engineering, model development, validation, and operationalization.
3. Business Requirement Translation. Convert high-level business goals into actionable data analytics projects and proactively suggest analytics-driven innovations.
4. Collaboration. Work alongside business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to design and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
5. Technology Integration. Leverage the latest technologies, including Machine Learning, AI, Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and advanced statistical modeling, to enhance business outcomes.
6. Clear Communication. Present complex technical results and solutions in an accessible way to business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and actionable insights.
7. Model Implementation & Maintenance. Ensure smooth model deployment, integration into production systems, and continuous operationalization with MLOps practices.

What You Will Need

1. Experience. 3-6 years of experience in data modeling, analytics, and business applications.
2. Education. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in statistics, data science, computer science, or a related field.
3. Technical Expertise
   1. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark.
   2. Experience with Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
   3. Knowledge of statistical principles, model selection, and application of predictive, descriptive, and prescriptive models.
   4. In-depth understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and their real-world applications.
   5. Familiarity with multiple modeling techniques like Time Series, Random Forest, Clustering, Neural Networks, Generalized Linear Models, and Optimization.
   6. Practical experience in churn analysis, profiling, and recommendation systems.
   7. MLOps experience with deploying models into production systems.
4. Communication Skills. Ability to translate complex technical work into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
5. Fast-Paced Environment. Proven ability to work in dynamic settings and meet deadlines.
