In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning to drive actionable insights and solutions in the telecom domain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Model Development. Develop and deploy machine learning models for various applications, including chat-bots, XGBoost, random forest, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
2. Data Manipulation. Utilize Python for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling tasks.
3. Data Analysis. Proficiently use SQL to query and analyze large datasets.
4. Containerization. Employ Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of applications.
5. Distributed Computing. Basic knowledge of PySpark for distributed computing and data processing.
6. Collaboration. Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
7. Deployment. Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
8. Cloud Services. Preferably work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services for data storage, processing, and deployment.

Qualifications

1. Education. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
2. Experience. 8-12 years of experience in data science and machine learning roles, preferably within the telecommunications or related industry.
3. Skills. Proven experience in model development, evaluation, and deployment. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and PySpark.
4. Technical Understanding. Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms. Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
5. Soft Skills. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
