What You’ll Do
- Lead the technology solution, architecture, and delivery of large-scale, full lifecycle data applications across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using scalable tools and techniques to ensure the creation of high-quality data structures.
- Architect data solutions, including designing data transformation projects, developing solution blueprints, and modernization/migration plans. You'll document and present recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Implement efficient data processing methods and integrate complex business logic compatible with daily or real-time/streaming frameworks.
- Drive automation and scaling of complex data sets aligned with analytical use cases, enabling structured data delivery, daily extraction for data mining, and transforming data for impactful data visualizations.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Technology Delivery and Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Data & Analytics solutions on Azure/AWS, with expertise in Azure/AWS data services (e.g., ADLS, Synapse, Azure SQL, Databricks, ADF) or equivalents in other cloud platforms.
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing Data Platforms on Spark/Hadoop, ETL, and Cloud Native Data Services.
- Experience with developing or migrating Spark workloads.
- Strong hands-on experience in building data pipelines using tools like Spark and Kafka.
Bonus Points
- Previous consulting or client service delivery experience.
- Effective and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation
Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience level. In British Columbia, the annual salary range for this role is $89,500 to $204,100.
