Responsibilities
- Data Requirements and Modeling. Collaborate with stakeholders to document data requirements, evaluate feasibility, and propose data metrics.
- Data Model Design and Specification. Contribute to designing data models, improving schemas, and balancing analytical requirements.
- Data Engineering. Extract and validate raw data, transform and merge data into compatible forms, and maintain data tools.
- Data Monitoring and Troubleshooting. Monitor data quality, troubleshoot anomalies, and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in C#/Java and excellent Data Engineering skills.
- Demonstrated growth mindset and passion for learning new technologies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
