Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Brand Sales Specialist, your mission is to cultivate client relationships, understand their unique challenges, build trust, and demonstrate how IBM's cutting-edge solutions address their needs while delivering substantial business value. Key responsibilities include.

  1. Maintain Client Relationships and Showcase IBM’s Tech Value. Proactively nurture client relationships, emphasizing the business impact of IBM’s technology solutions.
  2. Utilize Solution-Selling Skills. Apply sophisticated solution-selling techniques to engage decision-makers, assess opportunities, and forge enduring partnerships.
  3. Oversee the Full Sales Process. Take ownership of the sales lifecycle, from managing RFI/RFP responses to meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on both acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
  4. Collaborate within IBM’s Sales Network. Work collaboratively within IBM’s sales ecosystem to strategize and execute sales campaigns, driving growth in the sales pipeline.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience in Technology Sales, demonstrating proficiency in acquiring new clients.
  • Ability to articulate the financial and operational benefits of technology solutions effectively.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for engaging and influencing stakeholders.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise. Additional experience in Technology Sales is advantageous.
