Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Intelligence Development. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable BI products using Python, SQL, Databricks, and Power BI. Ensure these products are stable and require minimal maintenance.
  2. Team Leadership. Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing technical guidance and prioritizing workloads.
  3. Project Management. Oversee end-to-end cross-functional global projects that align with Gartner's strategic priorities.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration. Work closely with stakeholders to understand and define automation requirements, ensuring successful project rollouts.
  5. Problem-Solving. Address dashboard user queries, resolve discrepancies, and perform root cause analysis.

Qualifications

  1. Educational Background. Graduation in Engineering, Maths, or Statistics from a reputable institution; an MBA is preferred.
  2. Experience. 4+ years in data analytics, with proven experience in building dashboards in Power BI and automating processes.

Technical Skills

  1. Expert knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
  2. Proficient in Python and Databricks.
  3. Leadership. Experience in providing mentorship and technical guidance in a team setting.
  4. Microsoft Office Expertise. Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  5. Analytical Thinking. Strong ability to drive business decisions using BI tools.
  6. Detail-Oriented. High standards for quality and accuracy.
  7. Communication. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  8. Self-Starter. Ability to anticipate business needs and fulfill them proactively.
  9. Multitasking. Proficient in managing workload and meeting deadlines.
