Ericsson is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, creating, automating, and enhancing key operational and statistical data processes. You will work on developing innovative methods to improve task effectiveness and consolidate customer information.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver standard and new measures of analysis.
- Create and automate scripts to streamline data processes.
- Translate business requirements into actionable analytics.
- Propose and reuse templates, ensuring alignment with requestor needs.
- Identify new measures and improvements by exploring data with business owners.
- Perform audits, maintain operational recurring deliverables, and debug automation scripts.
- Create and maintain visualizations to present large data sets in an easy-to-interpret manner.
Skills and Qualifications
- Data Management. Experience with Data Lakes and managing large datasets.
- Analytics Tools. Proficiency in visual analytics tools, including Tableau.
- Trend Analysis. Ability to analyze trends and provide actionable insights.
- Scripting. Competence in scripting for automation and data manipulation.
- Visualization. Expertise in creating digital dashboards and visual models.
- Network Performance. Understanding of network performance metrics.
- Business Requirements. Ability to translate business requirements into analytical outputs.
- Agreements. Knowledge of Work Level Agreements (WLA) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Desired Competencies
- Ericsson Operations Engine. Familiarity with the Ericsson Operations Engine - Mode of Operations.
- MS TOP. Proficiency with MS TOP tools.
- Visual Modeling. Skill in visual modeling to represent complex data effectively.
