We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain efficient data pipelines while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver actionable insights through advanced data visualizations and reports. Key Responsibilities

ETL/ELT Pipeline Development

• Build, optimize, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to facilitate seamless data movement across diverse systems and sources.
• Ensure pipelines are scalable, reliable, and adhere to data governance standards.
• Automate data flows using modern scripting techniques and tools to minimize manual intervention and enhance reliability.

Data Quality & Integration

• Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for analysis.
• Proactively monitor data integrity, identifying anomalies and resolving issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Streamline the integration of data from various sources, creating a unified and reliable dataset.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate effectively to clarify data needs, resolve challenges, and provide updates on project progress.
• Support stakeholders with timely insights and data-driven recommendations to empower strategic decision-making.

Visualization & Reporting

• Design and develop insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ensure visualizations effectively communicate trends, insights, and actionable findings in a compelling and user-friendly manner.
• Create reusable templates and visual standards to drive consistency across reporting.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Track pipeline performance and data accuracy continuously, identifying areas for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in data engineering, cloud architectures, and CI/CD pipelines to recommend workflow enhancements.
• Implement improvements to automate processes, enhance efficiency, and support scalability.

Required Skills and Competencies

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Advanced scripting capabilities in Python for automation and ETL/ELT processes.
• Hands-on experience with data integration tools like Informatica, Talend, or similar platforms.

Data Visualization

• Expertise in creating impactful dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
• Strong focus on design and usability, ensuring visuals are engaging and easily interpretable by diverse audiences.

Cloud Technologies & CI/CD

• Familiarity with cloud-based data architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices for automating and streamlining data workflows.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality, ensuring decisions are based on trustworthy and accurate data.

Collaboration & Communication

• Effective communicator capable of translating complex technical concepts into business-friendly terms.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams effectively.
• Experience in working within agile methodologies, coordinating feedback loops and task prioritization.

Good to Have Skills

• Advanced knowledge of data governance frameworks.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipeline tools.

Experience & Education

• Experience. 6+ years of experience in data analysis, ETL/ELT development, or related fields.
• Education. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
