We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Consulting Technology team, pivotal in revolutionizing analytics for our Consulting Business Unit. This role will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across our organization. Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis. Extract and analyze meaningful insights from various data sources using SQL.
2. Collaboration. Work with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Data Quality. Ensure data accuracy through rigorous cleansing, transformation, and validation.
4. Documentation. Develop and maintain data documentation and metadata.
5. Communication. Clearly convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Insight Generation. Identify patterns and trends to uncover opportunities and enhance analytics impact.
7. Version Control. Maintain technical documentation and ensure version control.

What You Will Need

1. Experience. 3+ years in data analytics with expertise in SQL, data modeling, and dimensional data models.
2. Education. Graduate degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
3. Skills. Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
4. Technical Knowledge. Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Databricks or Snowflake) and Python is a plus. Experience with Power BI is preferred but not required.
5. Communication. Strong written and verbal skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
6. Adaptability. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
