As a Data & AI Senior Manager, you will be a thought leader in Data & Analytics, helping senior clients navigate complex data challenges. You’ll mentor a diverse team, design robust data architectures, and implement data governance frameworks, all while aligning data initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership. Mentor a team of data consultants, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Architecture Design. Implement scalable data architectures on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Client Engagement. Collaborate with leadership to define and execute data strategies aligned with business goals.
- Data Solutions Development. Lead the creation of data products that deliver actionable insights.
- Governance Implementation. Enforce data governance frameworks and champion data quality initiatives.
- Performance Optimization. Continuously evaluate data infrastructure for improvements and modernization opportunities.

Qualifications
- Education. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience. 8-10 years in data solutions, with 3-5 years in leadership roles, focusing on large-scale cloud data solutions.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Scala
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
- Hands-on experience with cloud data services

Compensation
- Accenture offers competitive compensation based on factors like location, role, and experience. The annual salary range for this position in British Columbia is $117,200 to $272,600.
