Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate Proactively. Work closely with a global team, including cybersecurity leaders, developers, QA, project management, and product management teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and Innovate. Contribute to the development of new features within the SailPoint IdentityNow platform, aimed at strengthening cybersecurity and improving customer satisfaction.
- Conduct Unit Testing. Ensure the robustness of your code through rigorous unit testing, and create test steps for QA testing.
- Update Documentation. Maintain up-to-date process, change control, and ITSM documentation.
- Peer Review and Mentor. Engage in peer reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Expertise
- 3+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, including knowledge of workflows, troubleshooting, and backend infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint connectors, particularly Webservice, JDBC, and Service Desk Integration.
- A solid understanding of the identity lifecycle and data flow within SailPoint.
- Foundational knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Problem-Solving Skills. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve technical defects efficiently.
- Agile Mindset. Familiarity with agile processes and methodologies.
- Preferred Experience. Knowledge of ServiceNow and global compliance frameworks impacting identity/security.
- Soft Skills. Effective communication, self-motivation, quick learning ability, and a passion for cybersecurity.
- Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Security Engineering, or equivalent experience.
