Job Description

As a Customer Success Associate on our Global Scaled Customer Success team based in India, you'll play a pivotal role in designing solutions for small business customers. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will drive adoption, engagement, and customer health through scalable tactics. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer experience, ensuring smooth renewals, and maximizing product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Manage up to 200 accounts, engaging customers through scalable tactics and regular touchpoints.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring effective utilization of the Coursera platform.
  • Gather customer feedback to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Renewal Managers, etc.) to drive customer success and retention.
  • Focus on the EMEA region, working closely with diverse stakeholders globally.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years in sales, customer success, or renewals, preferably in SaaS B2B industries.
  • Experience managing a large volume of customer accounts (>100) and driving growth.
  • Proficiency in using technological tools for customer management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM and customer success tools.
  • Strong aptitude for process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate churn.
