As a Java Developer at Infogain, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Java-based applications to meet the diverse needs of our clients across various industries. Your primary focus will be on Java Development, leveraging your expertise in Core Java along with a suite of complementary technologies including Eclipse, EJB, Hibernate, J2EE, Java Application/Web Server, JSP, and Spring.

Your key responsibilities will include

1. Application Development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient Java applications that align with industry best practices.
2. Code Optimization. Continuously refine and optimize code to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and maintainability of applications.
3. Troubleshooting & Debugging. Diagnose and resolve technical issues in existing applications, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
4. Technical Documentation. Create comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals to facilitate seamless knowledge transfer and support ongoing maintenance efforts.
5. Team Collaboration. Actively participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and collaborative problem-solving activities to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team.
6. Adherence to Standards. Adhere to established coding standards, development methodologies, and quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and compliance across all projects.
