As a Content Manager, your key responsibility will be to drive the creation and implementation of content strategies that align with PhonePe's business objectives. You'll collaborate with various internal teams and external content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience and strengthens the PhonePe brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a content strategy that aligns with PhonePe's business goals, particularly in the sales and product domains.
- Ensure that all content is designed to engage the target audience effectively, reinforcing the company’s brand values.
- Lead content creation efforts across various mediums, including written content, videos, and multimedia materials.
- Ensure that content is high-quality, consistent, and tailored for specific audience segments.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to generate ideas, create content, and ensure that it meets business objectives.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and brand voice across different communication channels.
- Oversee the management and updates of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) by ensuring the content is current and relevant to employees and stakeholders.
- Optimize content for user engagement and end-user benefit.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., user engagement, views, shares) and use data to refine content strategies.
- Generate actionable insights and optimize content for better results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging content strategies, and competitor activities to continuously improve PhonePe's content strategy.
- Look for new ways to innovate and differentiate PhonePe’s content from others in the market.
- Cultivate relationships with external content creators, freelancers, and influencers to enhance content reach and effectiveness.
- Explore new partnerships and collaborations that can expand the impact of PhonePe’s content.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in content creation and management, particularly in a Content Manager or similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.
Skills
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to create content for diverse formats, including video, blogs, articles, and social media posts.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and byte-sized content.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for refining content strategies.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage time effectively.
