As the IT and Cloud Operations Leader at Axtria, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure and cloud environments. With over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring seamless operations, security, and efficiency across multi-cloud environments like AWS and Azure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership. Lead and mentor a team of technical experts in managing Axtria’s IT and cloud operations, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
2. Cloud Expertise. Demonstrate deep knowledge of AWS and Azure, overseeing compute, storage, network, security, and optimizing cloud costs.
3. Security and Compliance. Collaborate with InfoSec to implement and enforce security policies, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
4. Incident and Patch Management. Own incident management processes, ensuring timely patching and resolution of infrastructure components.
5. Process Optimization. Drive continuous improvement through automation, process documentation, and deployment of infrastructure monitoring tools.
6. Vendor Management. Manage relationships with key vendors and partners, overseeing contracts, and ensuring financial prudence.
7. Disaster Recovery. Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery processes, conducting drills to ensure infrastructure resilience against cyber threats and operational disruptions.
