We are looking for a skilled CPQ Fullstack Developer to join our team, specializing in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a background in full-stack development and a keen interest in building and optimizing CPQ processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java, Spring, and front-end frameworks like Backbone JS and AngularJS. You’ll work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with business teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality CPQ solutions that enhance our CRM ecosystem.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

• 2-5 Years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 2 years in CPQ or similar experience.

Primary Skills

CPQ Expertise

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or related CPQ functionality.
• Familiarity with CPQ modules such as Configuration, Pricing, Quotation, and integration with applications like MDM, IP and Catalog Models (MCM).
• Ability to create and manage audit/document templates using Tag language.

Development Skills

• Hands-on experience with Java 8, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Front-end proficiency in Backbone JS, AngularJS, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Demonstrated ability in building and implementing user interfaces with Angular and JavaScript.

Backend & API Development

• Experience with REST API Webservices, microservices.
• Familiarity with code versioning, merging, and deployment using Git/Gitlab and IntelliJ.

Cloud Expertise

• Experience in cloud-based migrations, preferably AWS.

CRM & Architecture Understanding

• Understanding of current Quote Business Processes in CRM and CRM-related applications.
• Familiarity with multi-tier architecture and Change and Release management.

Agile Development

• Prior experience working in Agile development projects with small, rapid-development teams.

Analytical & Communication Skills

• Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset to solve complex problems and deliver proactive CPQ solutions.
• Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into CPQ solutions, while suggesting value-driven solutions to business users.

Secondary Skills.

• Healthcare Domain Knowledge. Prior experience in healthcare-related projects is a plus.
