We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in cloud technologies to design and implement data solutions that drive business insights and enhance data management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines.
• Implement reporting and analytics tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Lead architectural decisions by utilizing various cloud services and solution methodologies.
• Understand existing cloud architecture and develop strategic plans to enhance cloud adoption and growth.
• Participate in at least two full life cycle implementations, from conceptualization and design to architecture and delivery.
• Perform Proof of Concepts (POCs) on tools and provide recommendations to address specific business needs.
• Utilize scripting skills in Python and Unix/Linux Shell scripting to automate processes and enhance system efficiencies.
• Apply strong knowledge of networking, security, and design principles to ensure best practices in cloud implementation.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in at least one of the major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• AWS. Amazon Athena, EMR, Redshift, Kinesis, Elasticsearch Service, AWS Glue, QuickSight.
• Azure. Azure Synapse, Data Lake Storage, Data Factory, Databricks, Power BI.

Database Experience

• Familiarity with MPP (Massively Parallel Processing) databases such as Redshift, Netezza, Teradata, Snowflake, or Exasol is a plus.
