Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Servicing Manager to manage and grow B2B relationships with our key shipper accounts. The ideal candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, possess strong B2B sales and business development experience, and have a background in the shipping and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to assigned shipper accounts, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and issues.
  • Develop tailored client servicing strategies at the shipper level to enhance relationships and drive business growth.
  • Understand and reinforce internal operational capabilities, aligning shipper expectations with our service offerings.
  • Implement proactive and reactive measures to improve service parameters such as operations, claims, and escalations.
  • Utilize data analysis to drive root cause elimination and streamline processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Refine the business value proposition using local insights, secondary research, and historical data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience for shippers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, presenting insights and updates clearly and logically.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B client servicing or customer service, particularly in an analytical and results-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and formula creation in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Physical capability to push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Experience in e-commerce or logistics environments.
  • Deep understanding of the B2C transportation landscape in India, with prior interactions with shippers.
