The Business Program Manager III in gTech's Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team plays a critical role in delivering high-impact educational programs for Google’s extended workforce and suppliers. This role will involve designing, launching, and overseeing the execution of a comprehensive education program across Alphabet, ensuring that employees managing or interacting with the extended workforce have the knowledge and resources they need to operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and large-scale roll-out of an education program aimed at employees managing or interacting with Alphabet’s extended workforce and suppliers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess stakeholder needs and deliver targeted educational content and solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic communications to promote and drive adoption of the program across various stakeholder groups.
- Lead the development and curation of content for educational materials, including needs analysis, instructional design, and curriculum development.
- Scope and prioritize the curriculum and training materials based on business needs, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of educational content and the program’s effectiveness.
- Manage and drive large-scale, concurrent initiatives, ensuring efficient project management and seamless delivery of education programs.
- Identify, assess, and address skill gaps, knowledge transfer opportunities, and areas for improvement within the extended workforce ecosystem.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, driving alignment and ensuring feedback loops for program improvement.
- Use data to assess the effectiveness of educational programs, including end-user satisfaction and improvements in workforce knowledge and skills.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders, making recommendations and implementing changes for continuous improvement.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the success and impact of the education program.
Qualifications
- Education. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience. 5+ years of experience in program or project management, including developing and delivering educational programs.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects, including working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience working in teams that manage multiple time-sensitive projects with competing priorities.
- Ability to influence and lead change across cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various levels of the organization, including executives, peers, and managers.
- A track record of successfully managing complex programs and coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in curriculum design, instructional development, and educational program management.
