As a Business Process Architect at Accenture, you will design and configure business processes and applications to meet functional and process requirements. You will work closely with Application Architects to create process blueprints and establish business process requirements that will drive application requirements and metrics. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in quality management reviews and ensure that business and design requirements are thoroughly met. Your ability to educate stakeholders and drive a clear understanding of designs is key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Play the role of stream lead for individual IBP module processes, ensuring all configurations align with business goals and process needs.
- Lead client discussions, workshops, and meetings to gather requirements and drive the design of business processes in alignment with application architecture.
- Ensure that all stakeholders have a comprehensive understanding of the designs and processes.
- Lead the delivery of IBP project milestones, liaising with internal teams and external clients to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate business process and application solutions.
- Participate in quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are met. Provide insights and solutions to improve quality, process effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular project updates. Build strong relationships and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), with in-depth knowledge of at least 4 IBP modules, such as:
- IBP Demand
- IBP Response & Supply
- IBP SOP (Sales and Operations Planning)
- IBP Inventory
- IBP Control Tower
- Expertise in IBP configuration and implementation, with experience in conducting end-to-end IBP implementation projects (at least three full-cycle projects).
Experience
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in designing and configuring business processes, particularly with IBP solutions.
- Proven experience in working with SAP IBP for business process architecture, functional requirements, and application integration.
- Ability to drive discussions with clients and conduct workshops.
- Strong leadership capabilities to manage deliverables and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors in Engineering is required.
- Masters in Supply Chain is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to think critically and drive solutions to complex problems.
- Proactive approach to project management and issue resolution.
