We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Logic Developer I to join our Case Lite Intermediate Case (CLIC) Product Organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and enhancing seamless end-to-end customer journeys. CLIC’s mission is to deliver a world-class case management experience that empowers our customers, merchants, and customer care professionals globally.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborative Solution Design
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy secure and scalable workflows and applications.
- Leverage Pega, Java, Python, SQL, and Spring to create efficient solutions that align with business goals.
Driving Innovation with GenAI
- Harness the power of Generative AI to innovate and optimize coding practices, testing strategies, and customer journey enhancements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure we deliver transformative solutions.
End-to-End Development and Optimization
- Analyze complex business requirements and implement effective technical solutions.
- Optimize data handling and reporting through tools like SQL and BigQuery.
- Conduct comprehensive unit, system, and regression testing to ensure software reliability and resilience.
Agile Team Engagement
- Actively participate in Agile practices, including program increment planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with strategic objectives.
Secure Software Development
- Adhere to secure software development lifecycle principles, ensuring robust documentation for workflows and configurations.
- Utilize monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack to maintain application health and identify improvement areas.
Exploring Cutting-Edge Technologies
- Work with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS and explore Big Data technologies.
- Leverage containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes to build resilient systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Educational Background
Technical Expertise
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience in professional environments.
- Proficiency in Pega development, including workflow and case management. Certifications such as Pega CSA, CSSA, or CLSA are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Python, SQL, and frameworks like Spring.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as ReactJS for building dynamic user interfaces.
Cloud and DevOps Knowledge
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS, including tools like BigQuery.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Additional Skills
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in data engineering principles and tools such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Informatica.
- Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with secure software development practices and incorporating GenAI to enhance coding workflows.
