As a Business Intelligence Analyst specializing in PowerApps and Power Automate, you will leverage Microsoft’s Power Platform to convert data into actionable insights and streamline processes across the enterprise. You will play a key role in driving self-service analytics and process automation by working closely with various departments to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. PowerApps Development. Design and maintain PowerApps solutions to automate and enhance business processes.
2. Power Automate Workflows. Create, build, and deploy workflows to improve operational efficiency and streamline repetitive tasks.
3. Data Visualization. Develop and present reports and dashboards using Power BI to support decision-making with actionable insights.
4. Technical Collaboration. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and translate them into effective solutions.
5. Testing & Optimization. Perform testing and troubleshooting of PowerApps and Power Automate solutions to ensure high reliability and performance.
6. Training & Support. Provide training and support to end-users on PowerApps and Power Automate functionalities.
7. Innovation. Stay current with the latest Power Platform features to recommend and implement best practices and innovative solutions.
8. Mentoring. Share knowledge and best practices with peers and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

1. Education. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or advanced degree preferred.
2. Experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience with Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.

Technical Skills

1. Proficiency in Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
2. Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL.
3. Experience in data visualization and report creation.
4. Familiarity with Python/R and Data Bricks is a plus.
5. Soft Skills. Excellent communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and effective problem-solving abilities.
6. Certifications. Microsoft certifications in Power Platform (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform App Maker) preferred.
