Key Responsibilities

• Apply multi-domain/process expertise to drive the end-to-end roadmap of analytical initiatives.
• Translate complex business problems into clear analysis requirements and maintain high standards in execution.
• Define analytical approaches and collaborate with stakeholders to validate them.
• Develop use cases and standardized outputs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Scale data processes and reports, focusing on automation and efficiency in query development.
• Utilize diverse data sources and advanced querying techniques to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and solve ambiguous analytical challenges, deriving actionable insights that drive process improvements.
• Communicate complex analytical findings and their business implications clearly and effectively.

• Tackle ambiguous analyses, identifying root causes and driving impactful recommendations.
• Handle large datasets efficiently using advanced analytical tools.
• Propose and implement optimal communication strategies based on data and stakeholder needs.
• Utilize statistical measures and hypothesis testing to provide insights into test and control comparisons.

The AOP (Analytics Operations and Programs) team is dedicated to standardizing BI and analytics capabilities across multiple markets. We empower operations with real-time dashboards, self-serve analytics, and advanced analytics solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce defects. Our team comprises engineers, analysts, and scientists committed to customer obsession and data-driven decision-making.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience analyzing and interpreting data using Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or similar BI tools (Tableau preferred).

Preferred Qualifications. 5+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data using Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.
