Business Analysis and Solutions

• Analyze business requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Search for new methods and tools to solve business problems.

• Document all processes meticulously and prepare necessary reports.
• Comply with all reporting requirements.

Leadership and Decision-Making

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a history of making significant decisions.

Required Skill Set

• Strong understanding of finance business processes, including channel payouts, partner invoicing, and partner onboarding.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of making impactful decisions.
• Effective and efficient communication abilities.
• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Bitbucket.

Experience Requirements

• Total work experience of 7 to 10 years, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in similar roles.
