Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop and Optimize BI Reports. Lead the development of large-scale, complex BI reports, ensuring they meet the business needs while maintaining high performance and scalability. Implement advanced BI concepts, including DAX and data modeling, to deliver insightful and actionable reports.
2. Performance Optimization. Continuously improve the performance and scalability of BI reports, ensuring quick data retrieval and smooth user experiences, especially when dealing with large datasets.
3. Serverless and Cloud-Based Development. Utilize serverless architecture and cloud-based development techniques to create scalable, efficient, and cost-effective BI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BI solutions with cloud services.
4. Team Leadership. Lead and mentor a team of BI report developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
5. Technical Guidance. Act as the technical authority in BI report development within the team, providing strategic direction and solving complex technical challenges. Stay updated with the latest BI tools, trends, and methodologies to ensure the team remains at the cutting edge of the industry.
