We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Factory (ADF) Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines, helping us transform and deliver data to support business insights and analytics. You will lead projects through the data lifecycle, applying best practices to ensure efficient and scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned data engineer with strong SQL skills, experience in database management, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. ETL Development. Design, create, and manage ETL jobs using Azure Data Factory (ADF) to streamline data movement and transformation processes.
2. Data Warehousing. Implement data warehousing solutions on MS Azure, leveraging deep knowledge of data warehousing principles and architectures.
3. SQL Development. Develop complex SQL queries and optimize stored procedures for enhanced performance and scalability, leveraging your expertise with Microsoft SQL Server.
4. Data Modeling. Develop and maintain data models to support business reporting and analytics, particularly through integration with tools like Power BI.
5. Data Pipeline Management. Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility.
6. Problem-Solving. Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively address issues, optimize workflows, and enhance system efficiency.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
8. Application Integration. Leverage enterprise application integration techniques to ensure seamless data flow and alignment with broader business systems.

Qualifications

1. Experience. Proven experience in creating ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory, with a solid understanding of data lifecycle management.
2. Technical Expertise. Strong SQL programming skills, including T-SQL and query optimization. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and related database management systems.
3. Data Modeling Skills. Proficiency in data modeling and working knowledge of BI tools, particularly Power BI.
4. Analytical Skills. Strong analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
5. Collaboration. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical specifications, and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible way.
