About the Role
As an AWS FullStack Engineer at Ascendion, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying enterprise applications on AWS infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in full-stack Java development, Agile methodologies, and AWS services to drive the delivery of scalable and reliable solutions for our clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a full-stack Java developer with a focus on enterprise application development.
  • Strong understanding and experience with SDLC delivery in Agile methodologies.
  • Minimum two years of experience in Java 11 development and at least one year of experience in Java 17 development.
  • Hands-on experience developing microservices and deploying them on AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) and/or Elastic Container Service (ECS) and EC2 instances.
  • Proficiency in writing Terraform scripts and deploying them in AWS production environments.
  • Experience working with at least one relational database management system, preferably Oracle and/or MySQL.
  • Familiarity with REACTIVE Java programming, ReactJs, and Angular frameworks is an added advantage.
