Job Description

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to lead the After Market Services (AMS) in the MENA region. This role is focused on managing the end-to-end processes for used and damaged products, ensuring optimal reuse and recovery while enhancing customer experience. You will be responsible for managing re-commerce activities through the Amazon Warehouse program, which involves reselling open-box and repackaged products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and benchmark operational performance metrics, conducting audits of fulfillment center (FC) grading.
  • Oversee operations performance within the Amazon Warehouse, including managing various inflow sources (returns, RVRs, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain accurate metrics and data sources for operational reporting.
  • Collaborate with product teams on launching new features and categories within the Amazon Warehouse program.
  • Manage large data sets, automate data extraction, and create monitoring/reporting dashboards to assess AW performance.
  • Communicate effectively internally, reporting on business KPIs in weekly and monthly reviews with strong business writing skills.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to define program requirements and use data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Experience in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
