Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for the MENA region to lead activities within Amazon Warehouse (AW), focusing on managing the end-to-end processes of customer returns and damaged products. The role emphasizes maximizing reuse and recovery of returned or damaged items while maintaining optimal cost efficiency and safeguarding customer experience.

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing re-commerce activities through Amazon Warehouse, which involves reselling open-box and repackaged products to customers. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Marketing, Retail, and Tech teams. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent project management, marketing, and influential skills to execute large-scale projects effectively and ensure profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive visibility of Amazon Warehouse items by collaborating with Marketing teams to launch effective marketing campaigns.
• Manage inventory health for Amazon Warehouse, working closely with regional stakeholders to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Oversee operations performance in Amazon Warehouse grading, including managing various sources of inflow (Returns, RVRs, etc.).
• Partner with product teams to launch new features or categories within Amazon Warehouse.
• Conduct deep dives into pricing factors and collaborate with global pricing teams to resolve pricing and listing errors.
• Manage internal communication and report on business KPIs in weekly/monthly reviews, demonstrating strong business writing capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of operational and/or retail management experience
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics for improvements
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of merchandising experience
• Experience in stakeholder management across various organizational levels
• Proven track record in process building, project management, and scheduling
