Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Testing Efforts. Take ownership of the testing process across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality delivery with a focus on automation.
2. Automation & Manual Testing. Balance both manual and automated testing efforts, applying best practices to maximize test coverage and efficiency.
3. Framework Development. Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks, leveraging tools such as TestNG and RestAssured for efficient API automation.
4. Selenium & Cucumber Expertise. Utilize Selenium and Cucumber to create effective, reusable test cases and scenarios for frontend and behavior-driven development (BDD) testing.
5. Playwright Tool Experience. Execute automation strategies using Playwright to ensure compatibility across various browsers, enhancing our testing capabilities for modern applications.
6. Team Leadership. Serve as a Test Lead, guiding and mentoring QA team members, promoting best practices, and fostering a collaborative testing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation.
• Hands-on experience with both automation and manual testing approaches.
• Proven skills in API automation using RestAssured and solid experience with TestNG for framework development.
• Expertise in Cucumber for BDD and Selenium for automated UI testing.
• Playwright experience is essential, enabling cross-browser testing capabilities.
• Prior experience working as a Test Lead with the ability to lead testing initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
