Job Description

Join our Platforms and Capabilities team within Global Risk and Compliance (GRC) and be at the forefront of next-generation risk management and analytics products. You will play a pivotal role in driving the vision and roadmap for our 'Integrated Risk Management' suite. This is a strategic and visible position where you will lead new product development, enhance risk management initiatives, and improve end-user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop Strategic Roadmaps. Define and drive the product roadmap, outlining timelines for future features and capabilities.
  2. Innovative Solutions. Incorporate industry trends and best practices into product strategy and requirements.
  3. Backlog Prioritization. Sequence feature development based on metrics such as business value, return on investment, and job size.
  4. Collaborative Execution. Work closely with cross-functional teams including risk managers, product managers, and technical engineers to ensure successful delivery.
  5. User-Centered Design. Craft intuitive user experiences by understanding user requirements, defining business processes, and optimizing end-to-end user flows.
  6. Continuous Improvement. Implement Test and Learn plans to iteratively enhance product features and customer experiences.
  7. Market Analysis. Conduct competitive assessments and provide insights to drive product recommendations.

Qualifications

  1. Education. MBA/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Technology, or related field preferred.
  2. Technical Skills. Familiarity with Rally/JIRA/Confluence, Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
  3. Experience. Proven experience in digital product development, ideally within risk management disciplines.
  4. Analytical Aptitude. Strong affinity for data and analytics with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features.
  5. Strategic Leadership. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and drive results across various initiatives.
  6. Behavioral Competencies. Demonstrated leadership qualities including setting agendas, fostering collaboration, and making principled decisions.
