As an Associate Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing efforts. This position involves ensuring seamless execution across email, landing pages, and campaign setups using our marketing tools. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing team through the project management tool, Asana, ensuring efficient workflows and time management in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute tasks from the Marketing Operations Asana board, collaborating with stakeholders to clarify and fulfill requirements.
- Build, launch, and audit marketing campaign workflows using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Qualified chat, Sendoso, and Splash to ensure optimal effectiveness.
- Upload, clean, and enrich data post-events, removing duplicates, and ensuring proper syncs within CRM systems.
- Address and resolve CRM and MAP integration issues (like "dirty data") to ensure accuracy and smooth campaign operations.
- Create UTM documentation and build UTMs to track the performance of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing Operations.
- Proficiency in HubSpot (1-3 years of experience) and experience with Salesforce.com.
- Familiarity with additional martech tools such as Mailchimp, Qualified, Sendoso, Splash, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot Certification.
- Salesforce proficiency.
- Experience with marketing tools like Seamless/ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Mailchimp.
