Gartner’s Global Services and Delivery (GS&D) Learning and Development team is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Learning and Development Associate Manager. In this role, you will be crucial in designing and delivering programs for New Hires and Tenured associates within our GS&D team. This position involves close collaboration with various team members, including the GSD Executive Leadership team, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders across the organization. Success in this role requires excellent problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, facilitation abilities, and a client-first approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Learning Strategy. Support the definition, design, and development of learning and development strategies for the GS&D team.
- Program Development. Create, implement, and facilitate learning and professional development programs tailored for associates in the GS&D businesses.
- Quality Control. Monitor the learning experience's quality and effectiveness, ensuring skills and techniques are effectively incorporated into work behavior.
- Program Refresh. Continuously update existing programs and design new training programs to support effective onboarding of new hires.
- Stakeholder Relationships. Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders to gather information, feedback, and input for curriculum development.
- Instructor-Led Training. Plan, develop, deliver, and facilitate all instructor-led programs.
- Technology Utilization. Leverage learning technology to deliver scalable training content and develop technology-based learning solutions.
- Feedback Analysis. Collect and analyze detailed feedback on all training sessions, focusing on the quantifiable impact of the programs.
- Curriculum Development. Assist in developing and refining learning curricula, including documenting best practices, lessons learned, and high-performing associates' bright spots.
- Project Management. Lead complex training, event, and business transformation projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
- Experience. Minimum 2 years in a client service role or training role focused on delivering training to a client services team.

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of associates.
- Project management experience with the ability to prioritize competing projects.
- Strategic thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate, influence, and coach individuals and leaders.
- Knowledge of training approaches and supporting technology.

- Solution-oriented mindset to manage multiple stakeholders' priorities.
- Proficiency in MS suite (PPT, Project, Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and survey software is a plus.
