Job Description

As a Designer, you play a crucial role in shaping the client experience by creating compelling data visualizations, illustrations, and layouts that effectively communicate our best practice, insight-driven research. Working within the in-house design team, you will collaborate with internal clients to produce various products, including webinars, meeting presentations, and reports, ensuring alignment with company graphic and brand standards while meeting strategic deadlines.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as an expert designer and brand guardian, maintaining consistency and adherence to brand standards.
  • Manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality design outputs.
  • Provide exceptional client service and communication, actively engaging with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective design solutions.
  • Manage risks associated with design projects, identifying and mitigating potential issues.
  • Actively participate in meetings and lead sections of presentations when required.
  • Keep up-to-date with new developments in design software and execute them as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • A college degree in graphic design or a closely related discipline.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a graphic design role.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint/Excel).
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint/Excel—Charts).
  • Familiarity with AP standard proofreading marks.
  • Strong teamwork and decision-making skills.
