Job Description

As a vital member of our team, you will help senior leaders make informed decisions based on data-driven insights. Working alongside experienced analysts, data engineers, and business intelligence specialists, you will transform divisional datasets into executive reporting and analytics solutions. Collaborate with data and business experts across the company to understand key metrics and drivers of business performance, and the effects of strategic initiatives. Translate data into insights that inform decisions and actions.

You will also have the opportunity to learn and use cutting-edge data analysis and business insights tools, such as MS Fabric, Power BI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and Gen AI, including Microsoft Co-Pilot. Contribute to delivering a DaaS platform using the Microsoft Fabric data architecture.

Responsibilities

  1. New Solution Development. Executive & Business Management Reporting.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement. Participate in requirement gathering with stakeholders.
  3. Documentation. Document use cases and develop data stories.
  4. Technical Translation. Transform business requirements into technical documentation.
  5. Data Modelling. Develop data models to support front-end development.
  6. UX Design. Develop wireframes, POC (Proof of Concept), and UX design.
  7. Change Management. Participate in change management and adoption programs.
  8. Report Delivery Integration. Integrate into the report delivery platform.

What We’re Looking For

Basic Required Qualifications

  • Fresher – B.Tech in CS/IT OR Post-Graduate/MBA in Data Analytics
  • Knowledge of end-to-end data architecture
  • Exposure to Power BI, PowerQuery, DAX, SQL, Python
  • Understanding of data modeling principles (Star/Snowflake Schema)
  • Knowledge of data visualization concepts and Exploratory Data Analysis
  • Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear, concise, and detailed documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Willingness to work UK shift hours (12 PM to 9 PM OR 1 PM to 10 PM)

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management, Agile methodologies
  • Experience with PowerApps, PowerAutomate
  • Familiarity with Gen AI/Co-Pilot
