The Impact

As an Application Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our portfolio of loan platform applications. You'll collaborate with a global team to provide technical support, enhance application health monitoring, and resolve issues promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-line application and messaging support for both internal and external clients.
  • Implement initiatives for proactive application health monitoring and reporting.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, including product, development, and infrastructure.
  • Utilize strong technical skills, business knowledge, and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Exposure to AWS is advantageous.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Experience. 5+ years in IT/Computer Science or related field.
  2. Education. B Tech./ M Tech / MCA degree preferred.
  3. Technical Skills. Proficiency in SQL, SQL Server, SSRS. Experience with Cloud Native (AWS) applications is a plus. Familiarity with XML and messaging platforms (e.g., Webservices, IBM MQ).
  4. Knowledge. Understanding of networking principles.
  5. Industry Experience. Ideally, experience in the Finance Industry.
